Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all FACT. tags attached to ensure the return meets our quality standards.

  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely affix it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will notify you once your refund or exchange is processed.
